Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were amazingly quiet, overlooking the inner courtyard. The breakfast was delicious with a huge bed, plenty of toiletries, and a fantastic view of the old town. However, the noise from external traffic and other guests was a bit bothersome. The service was impeccable, with polite and helpful staff and a great range of amenities. The location couldn't be better, perfect for exploring the old town and next to the central railway station. Dining was a delight with a nice selection of continental and German offerings. Overall, a top-notch experience!
The hotel offers rooms that look nice in the pictures, with a good size and an adjoining room ideal for children. However, the Wi-Fi can be unreliable in these rooms. On the positive side, the rooms provide a great view of the old station.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were a bit hot with only a cold air blower, a bit dark, and smaller than expected, but the service was friendly and helpful overall. The location was excellent, near the city center and the Hauptbahnhof. The dining options were extensive, catering to various preferences. However, there were some issues with lack of information on paid parking and inconsistent comfort levels in the rooms.
I was quite surprised by the hotel's name and rating, as the room turned out to be extremely small and lacking basic amenities like a kettle, luggage rack, and bidet. The lighting could have been better, and the price seemed far too high for what was offered.
